Established Property Management Company is seeking a committed individual looking for long term in-person employment (not virtual) as an office/accounts assistant.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Job Duties:
-Assisting the Broker and Property Manager with typing, editing and emailing documents.
-Processing accounts receivables and payables.
-Answering phones, directing calls & recording messages to phone logs.
-General office operations and tasks to include, but not limited to, copying, filing, ordering supplies.
Job Requirements:
-1 year of experience, certifications/degree may take the place of experience.
-Fast and accurate typing and data-entry.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must be reliable with a good work ethic.
-Able to multitask in a fast work paced environment.
-Friendly, courteous and professional.
