*We are a privately owned healthcare clinic in the heart of Kailua Kona looking to hire an therapy aide/assistant to join our amazing team.

We are seeking a candidate who is looking to make a lasting relationship with an established business, brings with them a positive and productive attitude and is willing to learn and grow with the team.
Currently seeking Part-Time help, 15-25 hours/week to start.
Potential to grow to full time.
* *Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:* * Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
* Backs up the front office receptionist by answering phone calls, scheduling appointment and taking messages.
* Backs up Therapy Coordinator by scheduling patients, making patient charts, uploading patient documents, assisting in patient care by starting patients with their session, assisting therapists, resetting treatment rooms, etc.
* Carries out administrative duties such as scanning, shredding, filing, correspondence, etc.
* Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
* Assist billing company with requested documents and tracking patient payments/collections * Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
* Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
* Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques with the direction of administrator * Provides information by answering questions and requests.
* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*The position is part-time, flexible schedule, with potential to grow to full time.
