We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our office team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview: Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment.
This position requires a versatile individual who is comfortable with a variety of tasks including administrative duties, customer service, and inventory management.
Some lifting of up to 50lbs may be required, along with a combination of walking and sitting throughout the workday.
Responsibilities: Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to callers.
Taking bookings for snorkeling tours and ensuring accurate reservation details.
Managing inventory of snorkeling equipment and supplies.
Assisting with computer, cell phone, and iPad tasks as needed.
Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office space.
Providing support to customers with inquiries, feedback, and requests.
