Auto Body Shop Estimator/ Shop Manager (Kailua-Kona)

Auto body shop estimator (Kailua Kona) Prior experience in a body shop or with an insurance company writing repair estimates is required.
The ideal candidates will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be very organized in task fulfillment.
compensation: Hourly rate $25.
00-$40.
00 +Starting- Depending on experience, possible signing bonus for ideal candidates Employment type: full-time Responsible for writing automotive collision estimates and providing repair cost estimates to insurance companies.
Inspect vehicle damage to determine extent of the repairs needed.
• Write estimates and supplements for Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) and walk in work.
• Order parts, assign techs, inspect vehicles throughout the repair process, and do a final inspection at the completion of the work for quality control.
• Complete invoices at delivery of vehicle.
• Write estimates using various platforms: CCC and Mitchell.
• Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service • Maintain working relationship with staff to ensure positive work environment The shop is very busy now and we need to add another seasoned estimator to the our lineup.
This position is in Kailua-Kona and will be a full-time position with 40 hours per week.
The schedule is Monday- Friday from 8:00 am- 5:00pm.
After successfully completing 30 days of employment, you will be eligible for medical paid by company.
The starting pay for this position is $25.
00 -$30.
00 + per hour depending on experience.
