This is a half time position.
Salary will be one-half of the amount indicated on the posting.

Minimum Qualifications
The Hawaii State Department of Education is committed to hiring highly qualified teachers in every classroom.
With the exception of designated Career and Technology Education (CTE) positions, the minimum qualification to apply for a teacher, librarian or counselor position is a Bachelor's Degree.
However, the Department's Hiring Priority, and order in which candidates will be contacted, is as follows:
Certified Teacher, Librarian or Counselor with a Hawaii Teacher Standards Board (HTSB) License
Certified Teacher, Librarian or Counselor without an HTSB License
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (No Teacher, Librarian or Counselor Preparation Program Completed)**
**If you are hired without completing a Teacher's Education Program, you must enroll in a Program to continue employment with the Department.
