Millwork Sales Honsador has grown over the years to become the largest building material in Hawaii.
Honsador has operations on all four major Hawaiian Islands with branch outlets on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Kona, and Hilo.
We also maintain a major facility in Portland, Oregon where building materials are purchased directly from producers for shipment to Hawaii.
Honsador Lumber is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
Must be familiar with pricing strategies and margin management and can develop and maintain customer relationships.
General Duties and Skills Required: Blueprint Take Off, Estimating and Quoting of Wood Doors, Wood Frames, Hollow Metal Doors, Metal Frames, Architectural Hardware, Windows to include complete range of related products.
Detailing, Submittal and Shop Drawing Preparation Material Quote/ Order Coordination/ Project Management to include Material/ Freight Cost Computation, Procurement to Closing of project and inventory products.
Strong verbal and written communication ability Provide customer consulting and technical assistance interpreting specifications and project needs that includes off-site and jobsite meetings.
Maintain and build customer relationships with company leadership and co-team members.
Interact and communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, supplier/vendor network via electronic and other means of communication.
