Regional Sales Manager

* Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches - Prepare and conduct Sales & Marketing Presentations to potential customers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the industry - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies - Experience in outside sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus - Demonstrated business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for driving sales growth, we want to hear from you!
