*Role Description* This is a full-time role for a Senior Product Manager.
You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and implement product development from inception to launch.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for: · Defining and executing the product vision and strategy.
They will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the development, launch, and successful adoption of products in the marketplace.
· This role will also collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure that all product efforts are successfully aligned with business goals and customer needs.
· Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
· Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
· Work with senior executives to create product plans and roadmaps.
· Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD) · Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
· Partner with sales and business development staff to contribute to RFPs and pitches when product representation is necessary.
*Qualifications* * Experience in product management, including product strategy and go-to-market planning – minimum 5 years.
* Experience in Agile product development methodologies.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
* Experience with data analysis, user research, and customer feedback mechanisms to inform product decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
* Experience in the retail or QSR industry is a significant plus.
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
* Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
* Experience as a product manager or owner.
* Experience owning technology products.
* Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $105,000.
00 - $115,000.
