JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide courteous, helpful and knowledgeable service to the customer, by communicating style, quality and value of our products.
Customer Service is our #1 priority.
Coordinate efforts with other sales associates to ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout the store.
Use effective communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships through preferred mailing/e-mail/phone lists.
Participate in merchandise handling, including: receiving shipment, replenishment, markdowns, and price management.
Facilitate superior check out experience, handling of register transactions and accurate processing of payments.
Enforce store policies and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned.
PAY RATE: $17.
00 - $19.
00 per hour, depending on experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
