Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Upsell additional products or accessories to customers - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to upsell and promote products to increase sales - Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, is a plus - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
