We pay 20% of the Sales price ( average of $1,000 in commissions per sale ).
2.
Excellent training and support.
3.
We pay 10% Residual income to our sales people for as long as the customer has service with Blue Shield.
4.
10 Year vested retirement plan on all Residual income.
Full time sales people after 10 years of production should have a retirement residual income of over $10,000 per month with expected production.
5.
Contest and Bonuses
Blue Shield management team feels that we should all share in the growth and wealth created by all of us.
We have always shared with our sales people and we will continue to treat our Blue Shield team as family.
6.
Full time salespeople should earn with 40 hours of effort weekly $100,000 to $250,000 annually.
