Coming to the Big Island come jan 2024
I am looking for a higher end part time home /ranch caretaker position , starting in November 2023.
Here is what I can offer:
1\.
Caretaker for larger ranch or home? If you need presence at your home and some light maintenance and upkeep,maintain security presence, feed a few animals, mow lawn, check on irrigation, tend to mail, blow down road, maintain home, keep the lights on, run genset, please feel free to contact me.
My goal is to have a place that I can help caretake in exchange for a reasonable place to stay, (must be decent and furnished ), while I build or find property here.
Maybe one year or so, could be more? Also open to paying partial rent in exchange of my services.
I am a professional, I run my own business and I have very good man skills and abilities to manage land, including irrigation, heavy equipment, hunting ( depredation control pigs), property protection, maintenance of utility systems, diesel gensets, home defense, overseeing safety and security of homes and or ranch, mail, crop management.

I have tons of real life experience with irrigation, fruit, home maintenance , can fix or build anything , anytime anywhere, tremendously capable.
Very capable with all home systems.
I know how to caretake crops and incredible fast learner, I have farmed and know how to tend to fruit, coffee, mack nuts, etc.

I have built over 10 homes solo both custom and spec.
I can build or fix anything.
Also can operate heavy equipment .
I am also a licensed captain,and can check and tend your vessel in the harbor.
I know and understand vessels and vessel systems, and I know how to take care of them.
I come to Hawaii to relax, so Im not looking for a paid job, Im looking for a barter caretake position, to maintain presence and security in your compound or ranch or home.

Im easy going guy, I love to come to Hawaii to play tennis and golf and swim.
