Dehorner and kid restraint box - $100 (Kalapana)

This Rhinehart x30 electric dehorner has never been used.
It was purchased in the fall, however, it arrived after doe kidded so we never got the chance.
It's in perfect condition.
Originally cost was $100 for the dehorner and $50 for the box, along with shipping from Hoegger Supply.
