Vacation Ownership at Ocean Tower at Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office Team! Discover paradise on Hawaii's Big Island.

Classification: Casual/On-Call Shift: Various, must have the availability to work (2) Consecutive days in the week What will I be doing? As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What are we looking for? EDUCATION High School graduate or equivalent preferred EXPERIENCE Prefer six (6) months to one-year previous customer service experience.
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES CPR Certification and/or First Aid training preferred.
GROOMING All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
NOTICE: The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
