Looking for a manager for our LLC

Our LLC is a real estate and agricultural business on the Big Island and Oahu, we need a new manager for it.
The work will mainly involve signing documents online (eg.
Docusign) and sometimes in person at offices.
The work will be irregular and usually short intervals as required, this is not a salaried position.
However, the manager needs to be able to respond and act on short notice when called for.
