Architectural Drafting - I need construction plans (Honolulu)

We have a 950sf house in Honokaa, built in 1932.
It is sitting on piers and posts; it is not built slab-on-grade.
It is easy to walk around underneath the house.
We would like to lift up the house, so that it is about 10 feet off the ground.
We need a set of plans with the "base information"; they need to show the exterior rock walls, the piers, posts, beams, and joists, as well as the floorplan and elevation of the house.
We have an engineer, Scott, who will describe what he needs from you in detail.
Scott will then make plans for the building department, showing the house will be raised and supported underneath with some new walls and posts.
Do you have an engineer or architect who works with you? We may need help routing the plans thru the building departments.
