We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual with the ability to support the overall accounting and administrative activities accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced construction office environment.
We are an established company that has been in business on the island for over 30 years.
Job Description:
Perform bookkeeping and administrative duties daily.
Responsibilities will include filing, sending out correspondence by email, data entry, maintaining cash flow reports, AR & AP, payroll, certified payroll reports, AIA billings, HR, compiling of weekly timecards, maintaining of time clock system, tracking of employee health insurance coverages, track company vehicles, tracking of contracts & projects.
Running errands: you will need a driver’s license & vehicle.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of general office/administrative, bookkeeping, and computer experience.
Willing to train the right person.
Must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required and highly organized.
Computer experience is a must.
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, adobe, Microsoft excel, word, & outlook.
Notary a plus.

$18-$26 depending on experience.
