is looking for a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our executive staff and assist with HR duties.
The candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage various administrative tasks, including confidential information management, calendar scheduling, report preparation, and project support.
This role also requires working effectively in a nonprofit environment and on-site locations with substance use disorder clients, ensuring empathy and respect for recovery journeys.
Experience in administrative roles and HR processes is essential, along with a commitment to inclusivity and neurodiversity.
The hours are flexible, and while often require being on-site, may also include working remotely if possible.
Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive staff, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
*HR Duties: Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and the implementation of HR policies.
*Sensitive Information Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring data protection and privacy in all HR and executive communications.
*Project Management: Assist with or lead projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company goals and standards.
*Neurodiversity Inclusion: Must be able to work with and support ND staff, including but not limited to attending training programs, and workplace adjustments.
