Job Duties are:
- Answering Phone Calls/ making Phone calls to customers and must have good communications Skills
- Must have knowledge of QuickBooks
- Creating invoices, purchase orders, receiving and sending parts
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word Doc
- Inventory
- Working with Customers over the phone
- Problem Solver
- Multitasking skills
- Making Bank Deposits
- Must be able to work independently
- Monday to Friday / Start time is at 8a - 4:30p
