Job Description:
Full-time opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career in public accounting.
Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility, under supervision, for small and medium-sized audit engagements, including the development of work programs.
Have a working knowledge of the various professional standards of the AICPA and FASB.
Prepare audit programs and time budgets.
Assume full responsibility for compilation and review engagements.
Recognize possible problem areas of an assurance engagement and assist in developing solutions.
Train and supervise staff members assigned to an engagement.
Understanding of the Firm’s practices, policies, procedures, and culture.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years (Preferred) experience at a public accounting firm performing audits, reviews, and compilations.
Ability to develop and maintain clients.
High level of intelligence, integrity, honesty, motivation, and aptitude for the profession.
Must maintain strict client confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $50,000.
