Retail Sales Associate Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate - Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers Qualifications: - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal communication skills in English to interact with customers and team members - Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and keep track of inventory - Previous experience in retail sales including liquor sales is preferred but not required.
